I live abroad so can't have Fiona as a physical personal trainer, but I've been following her now for a year or so and can't recommend her online work enough. I've been exercising pretty consistently since my late teens, but it has only been since Fi became involved that I'm able to see visible differences as opposed to just staying slim
I, of course, learn new exercises, but also her videos remind me to keep my form in mind even with older exercises and teach me how to tweak them to get even more benefit from them. Plus, her nutrition and lifestyle posts are really informative, motivating, and, realistic... she understands that we also have lives to fit in around our fitness! And for me, it's been great having someone that doesn't only talk about weight loss like so many others.
I honestly can't recommend Fiona highly enough if you're wanting to work out at home and need some structure/advice/information, whether you're new to fitness or an old-timer!

I have known Fi for a number of years and have worked with her on a professional level many times myself. Fi has a fantastic purpose-built studio at her house and is a very professional and knowledgable trainer...and great company! Highly recommended.

I’ve been training 2/3 times a week with Fi since April 2019 and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best things I’ve done! Fi is knowledgable, supportive and has completely changed my outlook on fitness. Each session is different and always tailored to meet my goals. Plus, she’s an absolute laugh so the sessions fly by!

I’ve been training with Fi for the last three months, and the results have been fantastic! My blood pressure has come down considerably (which was the catalyst for doing something in the first place) and I’ve shifted half a stone in weight too. Her sessions are always varied, well thought out and keep me progressing at a good pace. Most of all though, the sessions are fun! I never thought I’d say that about exercise - I’ve been studiously dodging it for years - but every session is a good giggle and I laugh as much as I lift! I can not recommend Fi highly enough.
I had been out of my exercise groove for some time when, on a whim, I signed up for the introductory offer, knowing I needed proper guidance and accountability. I was feeling rather daunted about getting stuck in again but Fi made me feel at ease straight away. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly and really listened to what I wanted to get out of my time with her. I've had PTs before and she is by far the best. I've now been training with Fi three times a week for 6 weeks and it is hands down the best thing I have ever done for myself. Each session is slightly different so I never get bored and I actively look forward to each one (if I could go every day I would!). I feel physically, emotionally and mentally stronger. Priceless.
I highly recommend Fi! I booked some initial sessions as a complete novice. Fi is very knowledgeable and professional and her studio is well equipped and a lovely space to train in. I really look forward to my training sessions and love being able to see real progress in my strength and fitness.
I’m so pleased I signed up to train with Fi. I was a complete novice and yet I’ve never once felt out of my depth. She mixes up the sessions every week which keeps it fun and keeps me motivated. After having my baby, I had no motivation of confidence to get back into exercise. Signing up with Fi has helped me to safely get back into it and she is brilliant!! I had a c-section and the exercise programs are always designed to be both sensitive to this, but also challenging enough (she doesn't let me slack :)) to strengthen this area and I already feel so much stronger! Each week Fi varies my programme which helps me to maintain motivation and I'm always given suggestions to keep things going at home! I look forward to my sessions at Fi's studio, she is really friendly and the time flies (exercise used to really drag for me!). I cannot recommend her enough!
Fi really knows her stuff! With her knowledge mixed with her passion and enthusiasm, she really helped me to understand what I needed to do to achieve the results I wanted.
Fi really knows how to push me, but most importantly she mixes things up and makes training interesting. Highly recommended.
