If I gave you an array of different targets to achieve this week; go to the gym X amount of times, eat this, don’t eat that, go to sleep at this time, meditate for this long every day, would you achieve them? Not likely. But, if I gave you just one thing to focus on over the next 7 days, you’d smash it!
Don’t underestimate the power of small changes, they are what truly makes a big difference.
