Dulcie came on board a little over a month ago and is already seeing and feeling amazing results!

Q. What was the biggest challenge you faced before you started the programme and what impact was that having on your life?

A. The biggest challenge I faced before I started the programme was fitting in time to exercise around my busy schedule and then on my days off, I felt like I didn't want to exercise. This was impacting on my life because I would make up excuses as to why I shouldn't make time to exercise and I would value time at the pub (pre-lockdown) over time at the gym.”

Q. What had you tried before to get the results you wanted? And why did/didn’t they work?

A. I had tried out different diets over time and always thought that my diet was quite healthy and didn't see a need to change (I later learnt that there was a fair bit I needed to change!). I knew I should exercise but would always find an excuse not to.”

Q. What results have you seen from the programme so far?

A. I am on week 5 of the programme, and so far I have noticed that my clothes are fitting much better than before! Also, my skin feels clearer. I have newfound energy in the mornings and even get excited about the prospect of exercising and ensure that I make time to fit it into my day where I can. My weight has also begun to drop which is very exciting to see.

Q. How are those results making you feel?

A. These results make me feel motivated to carry on and stick to the programme. I'm feeling really good about myself and have been eyeing up some clothes that I would like to get when I'm ready. I feel excited and happy that I am seeing results and know that I can keep this up even with a busy schedule.

Q. What lessons have you learned from your coaching programme so far?

A. I have learnt so many things since starting the programme! But the main lesson I have learnt from training with Fi, is that Fi has been able to supply me with all the tools and motivation to stick to the programme, however, I believe that it is definitely a case of the more you put in the more you get out. The first few weeks while Fi was helping me build the foundations I can admit that I maybe didn't put in as much effort as I am now, but that is because I was getting used to the tools and the programme, and now I know that I have these great foundations to fall back on for support whenever I need them.

Q. What are you most excited about for the future?

A. I'm most excited about reaching my weight goals, being able to run 5K without stopping, but most importantly, knowing that I have a structure in my life where I can include fitness and healthy nutrition as part of my everyday life and feel great about myself!

Q. Who would you recommend my online coaching to?

A. I would recommend this programme to anyone who has tried and failed to stick to their fitness goals, whether that has been because they went to the gym every day for 6 weeks and had perfect nutrition only to get short term gain, or if they have tried a bunch of different methods (like I had) and found nothing to work. Having Fi fighting my corner has not only given me the tools I needed but the motivation and has meant that I have also realised that I need to be accountable to myself in order to see the results I truly desired.
