TUESDAY TRANSFORMATION!!


Meet my lovely client Alice.


Alice has been training with me since April and she has come a long way! I encourage my clients to set small goals for themselves and one of Alice's recent goals was to be able to improve the depth of her back squat, which I think you'll agree she is absolutely smashing right now!


We started from the ground up, perfecting her squat using dumbbells and kettlebells before progressing to the empty bar. We have been working on mobility as well as strength and gradually increasing the weight as Alice gets stronger and stronger and I think you'll agree, the results speak for themselves!
