Stay Strong Workout Series - Workout 1


Here it is, the first workout in the new Stay Strong workout series.


This workout is suitable for all abilities, particularly beginners, so warm up and get cracking with the following:


1. Chair squat - 3x10

2. Kneeling push up - 3x10

3. Bent over row - 3x10

4. Overhead press - 3x10

5. Pull ins - 3x10
