Remember why you started

Do you feel frustrated when you don't see the results you were hoping for quickly enough? Do you think your hard work isn't paying off and feel like giving up? Keep going!


Results don't happen overnight, neither does weight gain, it happens gradually until one day, you are motivated to do something about it.


In times of frustration, remember all the progress you're making, including your clothes fitting better, increased strength, better nutrition, improved self-confidence, and most of all, remember why you started in the first place.


The only thing that's going to happen if you give up is you will find yourself back at square one, having to start all over again.


Slow progress is better than no progress!
