We all have our comfort zones, where we know what's what, everything is familiar and nothing remarkable ever really happens. But have you ever wondered what amazing things can happen when you step outside of this zone?


Only when we push ourselves do we discover what we're truly capable of, and for that to happen, we need to be challenged. If you're always doing the same thing, you'll get the same results. But you want more than that, and you deserve more than that! Set yourself a challenge this week, get up 15 minutes earlier each day to give yourself more time to prepare a more satisfying breakfast, or do a quick 10 minute workout, it doesn't have to be anything huge, and that's the point, small challenges add up to a big difference. Grab this week by the boobs and tell it who's boss!!
