When you plan exercise into your week, you're much more likely to do it.
Choose the time of day you prefer to exercise and block out that time as if it was for an important meeting (which it kinda is!)
Plan what to do in each workout so you're not staring blankly into space and wasting your time.
Stick with this approach for the next 2 weeks.
After then it will start to become your new 'normal'
