If you're not able to maintain your usual levels of activity through these periods of self-isolation and social distancing, maintain your weight loss progress by evening up the score and lowering your calorie intake.

Choose less calorie-dense foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and protein including leans cuts of meat and poultry as well as lentils and pulses. The fibre in the fruits and veggies will slow down the digestion process, helping you to feel fuller for longer. The protein also helps to keep you feeling full, plus it helps to maintain the lean muscle you have been building through training.
