HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Today is my favourite day of the year. I know a lot of people don't like January, but I am a big fan. Today is a clean slate, a day to make plans, a day to take action!


Yes, technically the 1st January is just a day like any other, except the first day of the year (and the decade) is fantastic for focussing the mind and planning all the things you want to accomplish over the next 12 months.


Do you know where you want to be in 12 months time?


Are you going to take action this year and do all the things you keep telling yourself you're going to do?


Are you a thinker, or a do-er?


Do you keep wishing you could lose weight, gain strength and improve your fitness but don't actually do anything about it?


Do you want to be in the same place this time next year?


If the answer to the last question is 'no', then the only person who can do something about it is you, and there's no better time than right now to start. Every decision you make from now on will either bring you closer, or take you further away from achieving your goals so what are you going to do about yours?
