FOODIE FRIDAY!!


Here are my top 5 foods to avoid when you're losing weight.


1. Foods you don't like or are allergic to.


2. Er.....umm, nope! I've got nothing else... 🤷‍♀️


For too long, it has been the common misconception that you have to cut out certain foods to lose weight. This is simply not true.


All you have to cut is the amount of food you eat. If you want some cake, have some bloody cake! As long as you are staying within the number of calories you require to enable you to lose weight, you can eat what the hell you like.


I would like to add at this point that it is important to eat a diet mainly consisting of fresh foods including lean protein, fruits and veggies, whole grains, healthy fats and such like as these are the foods that truly nourish your body and enable it to work at its best, and lets not forget drinking plenty of water to boot. But those hyper-palatable, so-called 'naughty' foods are not off-limits, and enjoying them once in a while means you are more likely to lose weight and keep it off long-term. Who'd've thought, eh!?
