Have you been out on your Christmas Party this week? Perhaps you're going out this weekend? Great! Enjoy yourself, and most importantly, don't panic if you've overindulged (or know you are going to). It happens, particularly around Christmas.
The best thing you can do is get right back on track the following day. Trouble comes when you let one extravagant occasion tip you off balance and you think 'oh well, I've broken my good habits now, there's no point even trying'. That's not the case. Treat every day as a clean slate, keep going with your good habits and you will be fine.
