I’m a firm believer that failure is a good thing. We learn from our mistakes and without failure, we can't grow and progress.


If you haven’t quite got things right first time with your fitness goals, have another go. Change something and see if that works. Although, if you’ve tried multiple times and you’re still not getting anywhere, perhaps it’s time to seek additional help (hello 🙋‍♀️)
