It's the last day of the year...and the decade! How the hell did that happen??
Now is a great time to reflect on the last 12 months, and ask yourself, what changes did you make to your lifestyle this year that have brought about real, sustainable results?
Perhaps you took steps to get a better night's sleep, resulting in you not feeling quite so hungry the next day, or you've become more active outside of the time you spend in the gym, burning off some additional calories and now your clothes fit better? Did you make any changes to your diet this year?
Or, similarly, did you start to make changes, but then for some reason, gave up and went back to your old habits?
