Can you visualise your goals?

When you visualise what could be, your thoughts literally become your reality. They create your words, and your words create your actions and those actions come together to bring about results.


I will give you a personal example:


The opportunity arose a few years ago to buy a small patch of land at the back of our garden. I can remember laying in bed one night imagining all the possibilities that the extra bit of land would bring. From those initial thoughts, I took steps to find out what it would take to buy it, cost/time etc and a few months later the sale was agreed! My husband and I then talked about what we would do with the extra space and the answer was simple, build a gym! So from then, we took the steps to do just that and that's what you see today, my private fitness studio where I now help my clients achieve their results!


From those initial thoughts all those years ago to running my own business from home, it just goes to show how powerful your thoughts are.


If I had had the opposite thought of 'I can't afford it' or 'I can't do that', then that would have been that, the process would have stopped there and I wouldn't be here right now doing what I love!


So don't underestimate the power of your thoughts! If your dream is to lose weight and feel more confident in your own body, visualise it, don't stop thinking about it because when you think about it, you will take the action you need to take to get you there.
