Be proactive, not reactive.


If your lack of routine is holding you back from being your best right now, take back control.


It’s important for us all to remain as active as possible but trying to keep up with your old exercise routine will only lead to feelings of frustration.


So, out with the old and in with the new!

Simply start by looking at your diary for next week and block out times when you know you can exercise.

Just one week of giving yourself this time to exercise will leave you with feelings of accomplishment for getting started with your new routine, and of course, you’ll feel great as a result of the exercise itself.

It’s all about baby steps
