Are you standing in your own way?

What are the biggest hurdles standing in the way of you reaching your weight loss goals? Is it you? Do you give yourself too many excuses as to why now isn't a good time to start achieving them?


The biggest reason I'm hearing at the moment is Christmas and yes, perhaps now isn't the best time for you to start, but what you can do is write down a list of the biggest reasons that are keeping you from taking that first step so that in the New Year you can tackle them all head-on.
