There are loads of things I love about Christmas, but here are 4 of my favourites:
1. Spending time with my family. Time flies these days and months can go by between family get-togethers so knowing that Christmas is around the corner means I get to spend lots of time with my nearest and dearest.
2. Taking some time off. Don't get me wrong, I love my job, but I'm also looking forward to downing my tools, i.e. dumbbells for a few days over the festive period.
3. Eating delicious food. Keeping the indulgences to a minimum in the run-up to Christmas is one thing, but I can't promise I won't eat my body weight in all those Christmas goodies on the day itself.
4. Feeling overindulged and frustrated. That sounds weird, I know, but this is my main motivator for getting back on track after literally eating all the pies.
